EXECUTIVE TEAM

 

The Beauty & Wellness Executive Committee comprises executives who head the Group's operational and functional entities. This committee defines strategic objectives in alignment with the directions set by the CEO. Additionally, it ensures that the organisation adapts to changes in the business environment and establishes clear responsibilities and delegations of authority for executives, ensuring effective execution of these responsibilities.
By fulfilling these roles, the Beauty & Wellness Executive Committee ensures the organisation not only sets clear strategic directions but also effectively implements them while remaining adaptable to the ever-changing business landscape.

Andrie Georgiou

CEO

Andrie Georgiou is the CEO of Beauty & Wellness Group, Cyprus' leading spa luxury group. Born on March 8 in Kakopetria, Mrs. Georgiou began her professional career in 1981 as a hairdresser. She opened her first hairdressing salon, Andrie’s Hair Studio, in her favourite village. Eleven years later, in 1992, she expanded her business by opening a new salon on Makariou Street in Nicosia.
In 2002, Mrs. Georgiou acquired the DESSANGE Paris franchise and opened a 1,600 square meter DESSANGE WELLNESS DAY SPA in a three-floor building off Kallipoleos Street in Nicosia. The DESSANGE DAY SPA at Engomi continues to offer exceptional face-to-face customer care and unique treatments.
Since 2008, she has been leading three brands in the spa, beauty care, and massage sectors: DESSANGE, Quick Spa, and Hamam Omerye. In 2024, the latest addition to the Beauty & Wellness Group, ILIOS SPA, was launched. Specializing in DAY SPA experiences, ILIOS SPA offers unique body and facial treatments inspired by the solar energy of the Mediterranean and the natural resources of Cyprus, located within the King Jason hotels in Paphos and Protaras.

Mrs. Georgiou is committed to being the number one in Cyprus, focusing on customer care and enhancing beauty.

Andreas Diakou

Group Managing Director

Andreas Diakou was born in Larnaca on September 9, 1983.
A graduate in Tourism Business Management School of Alexandrio Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki Andreas started out as a food manager in Orphanides Supermarkets.
He spent a large portion of his career within Lidl Cyprus, where he became Sales Manager in 2018, at 35 years old.
As a sales manager, he contributed to the growth and diversification of the Lidl company. In 2018, he joined KFC Cyprus – PHC Group- as an Operational Director.
He was appointed in 2019 Head of Retail Operations20 at Voici La Mode Group and was responsible for the supervision and direction of the Operation Managers.
In September 2020, he is appointed Beauty & Wellness as a Managing Director, with responsibility for strategic and operational management of the Groups.

Natasa Alexandrou

Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Natasa Alexandrou was born on September 22, 1976. She began her career at Sigma TV 1998 where she worked as a journalist of the news department, producing television reports and interviews for news and broadcasts.
In 2005, she moved to DIAS Publishing writing for magazines such us Madame Figaro, Harper's Bazaar and To Periodiko.
In 2008, she Sppmedia Group, where she served as an Editor in Chief of Beuatiful People Magazine until March 2023. At the same time, she was also an Editor in Chief of Beautiful People, BeBlue, Hair, Σπίτι & ΖΩΗ magazines.
During her career at Sppmedia Group she had her column at Kathimerini newspaper, she broadcast a show at Deejay Radio, and she organised charity fashions shows.
Since March 23, 2023, Natasa Alexandrou has been Marketing and Social Media Specialist of Beauty & Wellness Group.
