In celebration of World Volunteer the B&W group partnered with the Materia Centre for the elderly to make a meaningful impact in the lives of their residents.
On Monday, December 4th, from 09:30 to 11:30, our dedicated team of volunteers offered the gift of massage therapy to bring warmth and comfort to the elderly community.
This initiative provided rejuvenating 10-minute massage sessions, focusing on the head, hands, and feet, designed to offer relaxation and joy. The Beauty & Wellness team, including four talented therapists—Jenny, Ronila, Natticha, and Pim—visited the Materia Centre and spent quality time with the residents. Through the art of massage, they spread relaxation and happiness, bringing smiles to the faces of the elderly and heartfelt gratitude from both residents and staff.
The event was a resounding success, underscoring our commitment to enhancing the well-being of the elderly through small acts of kindness. The positive impact of this initiative was evident in the joy and appreciation expressed by the Materia Centre community.
